Team Idaho Track strengthens youth by building character and developing lifelong skills through track and field activities. Track & Field Coaches and Specialty Coaches will model and mentor character values, sportsmanship, teamwork, and general track and field skills.  Ideal candidates will have the ability to teach and coach athletes of all ages and abilities.  We are seeking Coaches and Specialty Coaches in a variety of disciplines including pole vault, long and triple Jump, and throws.

Starting Wage Range:
$12.83 (Specialty Coaches)
$9.66 (Coaches)
$7.73 (Instructors)

Proposed Starting Date:
May 15th, 2018

Key Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 for Instructor positions, 18 for coaching positions.  Must have current CPR Certification, or ability to obtain within 45 days. Track & Field and/or Cross Country experience is required and must be detailed in résumé or cover letter for consideration.  Though not required, preference will be given to applicants with ASAFT Certifications or coaching education. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong teaching skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff members and program participants.  Must be able to create and maintain a safe and fun youth environment.  

Additional Requirements:
This is a part-time, seasonal position. There are multiple shifts throughout the day based on location.  Available shifts fall within the hours of  Monday-Thursday 9:00am-11:30am and 6:00pm-8:00pm. Saturday shift will be required due to meets, 8:00am-2:00pm. Please be specific about availability on your application.

Must have the ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time in a variety of indoor and outdoor locations. Must have the ability to lift at least 30 lbs
