Swim Instructor Aide – Downtown, West, Caldwell

Location: Boise, West Boise, and Caldwell, Idaho
Swim Instructor Aide – Aquatics

Swim Instructor Aides provide support to Swim Instructors during group swim lessons. The aide will help to maintain safe swimming conditions in the pool deck and surrounding areas, enforce health and safety rules, and set up and store equipment as necessary.

Key Qualifications:
Must be at least 14 years old. Must be observant, safety conscious, and able to react calmly and quickly in an emergency. Must have CPR and First Aid certification.

Additional Requirements:
This is a part-time position, approximately 6-8 hours per week. Available shifts include Monday-Thursday 9:15AM-12:00PM, Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday 4:15PM-7:15PM, and Saturday 8:00AM-11:30AM. Saturday availability is preferred.

Must have ability to stand for extended periods while remaining alert. Must have ability to work in a loud, humid environment. This position takes place in water, and candidates must be able to remain in the water during lessons.
