Health and Wellbeing Floor Coordinator - Caldwell

The Health and Wellbeing Floor Coordinator is responsible for creating a safe, friendly and helpful atmosphere for members in health and wellbeing programs on the fitness floor, including personal training, through supervising assigned staff and by developing and managing high-quality health and well-being programs.

Starting Wage Range:
$12.96 - $16.20

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a health and fitness related field and/or equivalent experience. National certification (NASM, ACSM, ACE, YMCA Strength and Conditioning) preferred. Experience working with individuals in a program to improve their personal health and wellbeing (one year minimum preferred). Supervisory experience preferred. Must be CPR certified or have the ability to become CPR certified within 45 days of hire date.

Additional Requirements:
This is a full-time position with benefits. Typical schedule will be Monday-Friday, but flexibility is required to meet the needs of our members. Some nights, weekends, and early mornings will be required.
 
Job requires ability to walk, stand, sit (including on the floor), bend, lean, and kneel in a variety of environments. Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
 
This is a full-time, exempt position.
