The Caldwell YMCA opened its doors on October 27, 2005. Since that time it has become a hallmark of the community, impacting the lives of thousands of kids and families. Facility amenities include a large cardio and weight floor, full-court basketball gym, three fitness studios, and a state of the art aquatics center including a lap-pool, splash pad, pretzel slide, and lazy-river.
The Membership Coordinator is responsible for the staffing, scheduling, and operation of the Welcome Center. The Welcome Center is the primary point of contact for members and those interested in YMCA programs and membership. The Welcome Center provides a secure point of entry and handles a majority of financial transactions for the branch.  The Membership Coordinator is responsible for developing Welcome Center team members to ensure that customer service and operational standards are met.
Starting Wage Range:
$12.96 - $16.20

Key Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma. Background must include strong skills in communication and relationship building.  Computer proficiency with Windows applications including Word, One Note, and Excel required. Experience in customer service and supervising a team preferred.  Must have current CPR certification or the ability to obtain certification within 45 days of hire. Bilingual preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Must have the ability to sit and/or stand in a stationary position at computer workstation for extended periods.
Schedule Requirements:
This is a full time position at 40 hours. Hours will vary dependent on department needs and flexibility is encouraged. Some nights and weekends will be required. Times will be within our normal hours of operation, 5:00am-10:00pm Monday through Friday, Saturday 7:00am-6:00pm, and Sunday 12:00pm-5:00pm.
