Financial Development Engagement Coordinator

Location: Boise, Idaho
Financial Development Engagement Coordinator
The Treasure Valley YMCA is currently $21 million operation serving more than 57,000 members with four facility branches, a 400+ acre resident camp, 21 childcare locations, and youth programs offered at over 100 locations throughout the community. More than 3000 donors gave to our 2017 Annual Campaign, supporting our ability to give more than $2.7 million in financial assistance and subsidy last year. Every day, we work side by side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income, or background, has the opportunity to have the Y experience.
The Financial Development Engagement Coordinator provides support and leadership in fund development, advancing the YMCA’s mission through annual giving efforts while assisting in positioning the YMCA as a “charity of choice” for the investment of donations from the community.  The Financial Development Engagement Coordinator will have primary responsibility for resourcing a 6-8 week volunteer led community campaign, year-round donor stewardship, and oversee fund development data tracking and management while assisting with Association impact tours and association-wide events.
