The Caldwell YMCA opened its doors on October 27, 2005. Since that time it has become a hallmark of the community, impacting the lives of thousands of kids and families. Facility amenities include a large cardio and weight floor, full-court basketball gym, three fitness studios, and a state of the art aquatics center including a lap-pool, splash pad, pretzel slide, and lazy-river. 

The Evening Facility Supervisor is responsible for creating a helpful, positive, and safe environment for all members, volunteers, and staff in the facility. The Evening Facility Supervisor will respond to member related concerns and questions in a positive and professional manner and ensure that evening facility operations are high quality. The Evening Facility Supervisor is expected to champion character development as the chief mission of the YMCA and personally exhibit a commitment to the YMCA Core Values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.

Starting Wage Range: 
$9.76 - $12.20

Key Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old. The ideal candidate will have proven customer service skills as well as strong written and verbal communications skills. Must have the ability to build and maintain relationships with members, staff and volunteers from all social and economic segments of the community, keep a clean and safe facility, and assist and educate members and guests in YMCA policies and procedures. Must be able to manage several projects and have strong decision making skills. Must have ability to obtain CPR certification within 45 days of hire.

Schedule Requirements:
This is a part time position with membership benefits.   Typical schedule will be up to 25 hours per week, Tuesday - Friday, 5:00pm to 10:00pm and Saturday 12:00pm-6:00pm. 

Physical Requirements:
Job requires ability to walk, stand, sit (including on the floor), bend, lean, kneel, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in an environment with a moderate noise level.
