The Camp Store and Office Administrator will provide administrative support to assigned supervisor and manage the daily operations of the camp store on site at the YMCA Camp at Horsethief Reservoir.  Daily activities will include handling camp store funds and preparing deposits, taking inventory of merchandise and ordering replacement stock, assisting with onsite check-in and check-out of campers, and running errands.  Must be able to work autonomously within the Y core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.
Starting Wage Range:
$360 - $372 p/week

Key Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.  Background must include strong skills in interpersonal relations and customer service.  A high degree of tact and discretion is required including the ability to maintain confidentiality.  Ability to analyze problems and solve them using good judgment and resourcefulness. Must have CPR and First Aid certifications prior to the starting date. Must have a current driver’s license and must meet YMCA driver qualifications prior to May 28th, 2019.
Physical Requirements:
Job requires ability to walk, stand, sit (including on the floor), bend, lean, and kneel in a variety of indoor and outdoor locations. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must have ability to lead and participate in physically strenuous activities in a high altitude outdoor wilderness environment. 
Schedule Requirements:
This is a seasonal position from May 28th – August 9th. Typical camp schedule will be Sunday - Friday. Ocasional Saturdays will be required. All camp staff receives a 24 hour time off period every 7 days.  Must be able to live at YMCA camp facilities in Cascade, Idaho during program delivery times.
