Site Coordinator – Hunter Y Kids
The Site Coordinator is responsible for administering the total operation of the Child Development site within the Branch parameters and expectations.  The Coordinator oversees management of the site, curriculum and classroom instruction, parent and family engagement, volunteer and staff development, financial/budget management, and collaborations with community agencies in meeting the needs of its members and program participants.
Starting Wage Range: $12.46 - $15.57

Key Qualifications: Must have an Associate’s degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred. 1–3 years of management experience and 3 years of working with children in an organized environment required. Boise City Childcare Worker’s license required upon hire. Must have firm understanding of budgeting, staffing and scheduling, staff development, and implementing age-appropriate curriculum. Knowledge of developmentally appropriate educational programming for Kindergarten through 6th grade and experience implementing an approved curriculum is required.
Additional Requirements: This position is a full-time position with membership and health benefits available. Hours vary Monday–Friday 6:30am–6:30pm depending upon the needs of the site.
Must have the ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Must have ability to walk, stand, and sit (including on the floor) for extended periods of time. Position may include kneeling, bending, and crouching.
